Privacy Policy
Short version: the only thing we ask for is your email address, and the only reason we ask is to tell you when Paldo & Jonah opens. We don't sell it, we don't advertise with it, and you can have it deleted at any time by emailing contact@acware.org.
This site is a teaser for a product that isn't available yet. There are no accounts and nothing to log into — the only thing it does is collect email addresses for a waitlist. This page explains what happens to yours, and how to have it removed whenever you want.
What we collect
Your email address, plus which of the two forms you used, the page you submitted from, and the two-letter country your connection came from. That's the whole list — we don't ask for your name, phone number, address, or any financial details, and the form has no field for them. We don't keep your IP address; it is used at the moment you press Join, to check you're not a bot, and isn't stored with your signup.
We set no cookies and run no advertising or tracking scripts. The "are you human?" check may briefly store a token in your browser to avoid asking you twice. The site also saves a little data on your device so a repeat submission doesn't send a duplicate; that never leaves your browser, and clearing your browsing data removes it.
Why we have it
Because you gave it to us, on purpose, by typing it into a form marked "Join the Waitlist". We use it for exactly one thing: to email you when there's news about the launch. We keep it until the product opens and we've invited you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare hosts the site, and runs the "are you human?" check that happens when you press Join. That check sees your IP address and some technical signals about your browser; it is there to stop bots flooding the list, and Cloudflare states it does not use it to build a profile of you or to serve advertising. Cloudflare also looks up whether your email's domain can receive mail at all — the domain only, so we can catch a typo before it costs you your invite.
Formspree receives the form submission and forwards it to our inbox. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads. All three operate outside the Philippines, and we stay responsible for your data while they hold it on our behalf. Beyond those three, nobody — we don't sell, rent, or trade your address.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Just write to contact@acware.org — no form, no reason needed, and we'll sort it within 15 days. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.
Contact
Questions, corrections, or deletion requests go to contact@acware.org. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top, and we'll email the waitlist if the change materially affects how we use your address.
